Job Description and Duties

The Analyst I in Plant Operations is the entry-level analytical staff responsible for information quality control, analysis and assessment of all associated risks of the institutions Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The CMMS is designed to effectively direct maintenance workers withing the scope of their job assignments and is CDCR’s management tool  for managing submitted work orders, making informed decisions and to calculate appropriate budget allocations for necessary maintenance resources.

This is a 12 month Limited Term position that may be extended to 24 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Candidates new to CDCR or the Division of Juvenile Justice are required to submit to a background investigation process utilizing Live Scan Fingerprinting, and Tuberculosis testing prior to appointment followed by department annual Tuberculosis testing/evaluation thereafter.
