Job Description

Job Title: Billing Specialist  

Location: Plano, Texas  

Schedule : Hybrid Schedule  

Compensation: $29-31/hr   

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage AIA Billing process; utilizing customer portals

· Reconcile AR invoices, customer accounts, and contract terms

· Handle billing duties, creating invoices, and review and work with liens and bonds

Requirements:

·3+ years of experience handling AIA Billing required  

· Excel – pivot tables and v-look up experience required

· Construction industry experience preferred
