Paid Training – Earn While You Learn

• 4–6 weeks of paid on-the-road training with a mentor
• Every training week is fully compensated
• $300 orientation pay added to your first solo paycheck

Earnings After Training

• $0.56 CPM on all miles
• Average weekly pay: $1,300–$1,500 (based on 1,600–2,200 miles per week)
• 1,600–2,200 no-touch miles per week
• 100% no-touch freight (~50% drop & hook)
• Home every 14 days – 2 full days off once solo

Requirements

• CDL-A from an accredited school (minimum 120 hours)
• Minimum age 21
• No DUIs within the past 5 years
• Clean MVR with no major violations in the last 3 years
• Must pass both hair and urine drug screens
• Steady employment history with limited gaps
