CNC Machine OperatorHartman Enterprises, Inc. is a third-generation, family-owned precision machining company with a growing team and expanding aerospace and defense work.We are a precision job shop-not a high-volume parts factory. Our employees work on a variety of parts, materials, and projects in a quality-focused manufacturing environment.If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and want to build your CNC machining skills, we want to hear from you.What You'll DoOperate CNC mills and/or lathes safely and efficiently after setup is complete.Load and unload parts and materials.Follow job travelers, setup sheets, work instructions, and production documentation.Read basic blueprints and understand tolerances.Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, indicators, gauges, and other measuring tools.Perform in-process inspections and verify parts meet quality requirements.Monitor machines for tool wear, alarms, defects, or abnormal conditions.Make basic tool wear offsets as trained and authorized.Deburr parts as required.Maintain accurate production counts and inspection records.Communicate quality, tooling, dimensional, or machine issues to the appropriate team members.Keep machines and work areas clean, organized, and safe.What We're Looking ForPrior CNC machine operating experience preferred.Ability to safely run CNC equipment once a job is set up.Basic blueprint-reading and measuring skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.Ability to follow instructions and work independently once trained.Willingness to learn and grow your machining skills.Preferred: Experience with Mazak, Doosan, Fanuc, CNC mills, lathes, mill-turn, or multi-axis equipment; aerospace or defense manufacturing; basic GD&T; AS9100 or ISO 9001 environments.ScheduleMonday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PMOvertime and occasional weekends as needed.BenefitsCompetitive pay plus overtime401(k) with company matchMedical, dental, and vision insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)Paid time off and holidaysTraining and professional development opportunitiesWhy Join Hartman?Build your CNC skills while working on a variety of precision parts and projects, including aerospace and defense components.
