Senior Data Strategy & AI Services Consultant - Public Sector Data Platform Initiative:
10+ years overall experience in data management, data platforms, or enterprise data strategy
5+ years supporting advanced analytics, AI/ML, or data science enablement within enterprise data environments
Strong experience designing data services, data ecosystems, or federated data architectures
Demonstrated ability to lead data platform strategy, service design, and delivery models
Experience enabling data platforms supporting analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence workloads
Proven background in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and cross-organization collaboration
Experience delivering strategic planning, roadmaps, operating models, and executive briefings
Hands-on exposure to cloud-based data platforms and data services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform or similar)
Experience working with data governance, data management frameworks, and enterprise data strategy
Exposure to DevSecOps practices for data or analytics platforms
Familiarity with Generative AI or emerging AI service models within enterprise data ecosystems
Experience operating in complex environments such as government, large enterprises, or multi-stakeholder organizations
