Job Description

The Data Entry Clerk will accurately verify information input it into our Supplier Management System and maintain our RFQ System.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Follow directions from purchasing to fill out and keep up with SMS.
2. Follow directions from purchasing to fill out and keep up with our RFQ System.
3. Follow a schedule to keep purchasing aware of time frames to review vendors KPIs.
4. Perform other duties as assigned.
5. Demonstrate both the ability and desire to improve processes and reduce waste.
6. Support the vision of Propell.
7. Exhibit problem-solving decision-making job task planning and organizational capabilities.
8. Demonstrate knowledge of position responsibilities.
9. Perform accurate data entry.
10. Utilize computerized or automated systems to accomplish tasks.
11. Maintain a basic understanding of database structure.
12. Follow oral and written instructions.
13. Maintain cooperative working relationships and demonstrate respect for a diverse population.
14. Demonstrate teamwork and commitment to ongoing training for success in the position.

Education & Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a professional service environment
