We are seeking an experienced Data Modeler with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure to join our growing data team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable data models in cloud environments.
Proficiency in Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Lake is required.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data governance practices is essential.
Prior experience working in the insurance domain (policy, claims, underwriting data) is highly preferred.
The candidate should be skilled in SQL, data transformation, and performance optimization techniques.
Experience with data integration, ETL/ELT pipelines, and handling large-scale datasets is necessary.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams are important.
Familiarity with data security, compliance, and regulatory standards in insurance is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions are required.
