We are hiring an EHR Organizational Change Manager (OCM) for one of our clients in Baltimore, MD.

Job Description:

The Organizational Change Manager leads change management initiatives that support successful adoption of enterprise technology and business transformation projects. This role develops and executes change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and organizational readiness plans to drive user adoption and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day organizational change management activities for technology implementation projects.
• Develop and execute change management strategies, communication plans, training plans, stakeholder analyses, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, and resistance management plans.
• Assess organizational readiness, identify change impacts, and develop mitigation strategies for adoption risks.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and focus groups to improve user adoption and resolve change-related issues.
• Collaborate with project leadership to manage change risks, monitor adoption, and implement corrective actions.
• Measure change effectiveness using dashboards, metrics, surveys, and post-implementation reviews.
• Coach executive sponsors and business leaders to champion organizational change.
• Create communication materials, reports, and documentation to support change initiatives and continuous improvement.

Education & Certification

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) preferred.
• Prosci or Kotter Change Management certification is a plus.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of project or change management experience.
• 8+ years supporting complex IT implementation or digital transformation projects.
• Experience leading organizational change management activities across multiple enterprise initiatives.
• Leadership experience on at least three successful projects involving cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• 5+ years applying PMI PMBOK methodologies.

Required Skills

• Expertise in organizational change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and change readiness.
• Strong leadership, facilitation, coaching, and relationship management skills.
• Experience measuring adoption, managing resistance, and driving sustainable behavioral change.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience leading large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting Electronic Health Record (EHR) or enterprise healthcare system implementations.
• Experience working in highly regulated or public sector environments.
