The Environmental Analyst I is responsible for conducting inspections and collecting samples to support existing environmental monitoring programs and assure compliance with various environmental regulations, primarily, but not limited to, the Safe Drinking Water Act and Clean Water Act. In addition to significant time spent conducting inspections and collecting samples, the Environmental Analyst I performs data entry, maintains equipment and supplies needed for the work, and engages with stakeholders in the field to promote successful source water protection and environmental stewardship.
Prior knowledge of field inspection and sample collection techniques is highly desired.
Ability to use Microsoft Office applications and Geographic Information System (GIS mapping) tools is required.
This role is fully in-person, working out of the Easton, CT office.
Hours for this role are 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Friday.
