Job Description

Salary: $104,000 - 136,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with Epic Hospital Billing (HB) certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
• We need strong, practical experience with Epic HB Charge Router.
• We require expertise in routing architecture, router actions, modifier stamping, and charge destination behavior.
• Experience with Workqueue exception workflows and revenue cycle operations is important.
• The ideal candidate can assess existing configurations and recommend scalable improvements.
• Strong project coordination and documentation skills are needed.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Experience leading knowledge transfer and end-user training is preferred.
• Additional value comes from experience in large healthcare systems or enterprise Epic environments.
• Revenue cycle optimization and workflow redesign experience is preferred.
• Experience driving system enhancements or operational improvement initiatives is a plus.

• We will have you review and document current Epic HB Charge Router configurations and workflows.
• You will identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
• We expect you to design and implement routing standards, patterns, and best practices.
• You will help align Charge Router workflows with Workqueue management strategies.
• You will create and maintain decision logs, change records, and project tracking materials.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure routing setups support operational and revenue cycle objectives.
• You will provide hands-on coaching, training, and knowledge transfer to internal IT teams.
• You will work with project leadership to keep timelines, priorities, and communications on track.
• You will support testing, validation, and deployment of Charge Router enhancements.
