We're actively seeking experienced Excavation Pipe Repair Technicians - Laborers  in Littleton, CO,  to manage and lead the installation, set up, repair, and maintenance of water, sewer, and storm sewer pipes and valves.

We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.

The starting pay is $28.00-$35.00 per hour depending on experience. We offer 100% fully paid on-the-job training.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with laying pipes, cutting pipes, and bolting pipe fittings together and connections
• Complete valve installations and the maintenance and repair of mains
• Maintain a clean and safe work site
• Repair, maintain, and replace Water Mains, Gate Valves, Fire Hydrants, and Sewer Points
• Work with and around Water Taps (3/4"-2")
• Utilize laptops, tablets, and phones to report the completion of daily work and inspections

What We Need:

• Valid driver’s license required with a clean motor vehicle report.
• Must possess a Class A or B CDL and be aligned with Insituform’s motor vehicle standards or be willing to obtain one within 180 days of being hired
• Proficiency in pipe installation techniques, including proper bedding and backfilling.
• 2+ years experience working in the underground pipe industry
• Knowledge of construction plans/blueprints and underground utility installation procedures.
• Strong commitment to safety and strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Able and willing to be on call for one week a month when needed.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and at different job sites as required.
