About the Opportunity:

Newly established compensation model for both new associates and partnership conversions! This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, physician-led GI group in the heart of MetroWest Boston. Enjoy a collaborative environment, strong support, and a clear path to partnership with 8 physicians and 5 APPs.

• Schedule: Weekdays, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Single-hospital call: 1:10 weekends / 1:8 weekdays
  • Supported by APPs
  • Office Visits ~20 patients per day; Procedures ~14 cases per day
• Endoscopy Center, Care Center, and Hospital all within walking distance
• In-house services: infusion, pathology lab, FibroScan, breath tests, anal manometry, bone density testing, pill camera, and diagnostic ultrasound
• Faculty appointment available at Tufts University School of Medicine

Compensation & Benefits:  

• Updated Starting Base Salary: $500,000 – $550,000 guarantee per year + additional RVU-based incentive structure
• Updated Partnership Compensation: over $750,000
• Clear path to ASC Ownership and additional income stream
