Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service and maintaining exceptional product quality standards. In addition, assistant managers are eligible to earn performance based wage increases and sometimes incentives based on the profitability of their stores, as well as the store's overall performance. Qualified management applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license and a good driving record. Some management experience is a plus. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations. You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew. In addition: Staffing, Paperwork, Cost Controls, Cash control, Food management, Work to a Schedule, Perfect Image and adherence to standards, Great Customer Service, Attendance& punctuality, Transportation to/from work, Store cleanliness, Marketing, Profitability.
