salary: $56,000 - $69,000 per year

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities - Machine Maintenance: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production machinery, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, injection molding equipment and boilers.
- Preventative Care: Execute PM programs for plant equipment and forklifts (cleaning, lubricating, and oiling).
- Facilities Support: Perform electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs; apply protective coatings/paint as needed.
- Production Support: Set up, remove, and store production molds; maintain and rebuild fill guns and ejectors.
- Water Treatment: Collect and test water samples (pH, hardness) at various process stages.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and PPE protocols. Maintain a clean, debris-free workstation.
Qualifications - Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Technical certificate or Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of related maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: * Proficient in reading schematics (Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic).
- Experience with low-pressure boilers, air compressors, and vacuum pumps.
- Familiarity with MRP/ERP work order systems.
The essential functions of this role include:
- wearing steel toe shoes
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- manual lifting up to 40lbs
- standing for 8 hours at one time
