Role : IT Analyst
Client : CDPH
Rate : $45-50/hr on C2C.
Duration : 12 Month ( 17 hours per week )
Location : Remote
Visa : USC and GC

Mandatory Experience
At a minimum, five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects.
o At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in systems analysis and design.
Mandatory Education
A Bachelor's degree
o Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
o If substituting the Bachelor's degree with an additional four (4) years of qualifying experience, then the requirement for mandatory experience must reflect a total of nine (9) years of experience.
Desirable Experience
Up to three (3) years of additional year(s) above the mandatory minimum of five (5) years of experience.
A minimum of one (1) project with demonstrated experience providing analytical support in a help desk environment utilizing a ticketing system for federal, state, or local government agencies.
A minimum of one (1) project with experience working on a large-scale IT project providing help desk analysis and troubleshooting or external and internal stakeholders in a development and operations (DevOps) environment.
