Responsibilities

  • Design distinctive and functional outdoor spaces that balance creativity with practicality.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the design process.
  • Select appropriate plants, trees, and landscape features suited to the local environment.
  • Work alongside installation teams to ensure accurate and seamless execution of designs.
  • Participate in a variety of projects, ranging from small residential gardens to large estate landscapes.

Qualifications

  • Portfolio demonstrating proven design skills and visually compelling outdoor spaces.
  • Strong knowledge of horticulture, including plant and tree selection.
  • Creative and innovative approach to landscape design.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-focused mindset.

Compensation

Competitive salary range: $30,000 to $110,000 annually , based on experience, design portfolio, and project management skills.
