Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, string trimming, pruning hedges, and using blowers
• Apply pesticides and herbicides as directed
• Follow assigned work schedules and complete tasks efficiently
• Maintain high standards of quality in all work performed
• Assist with shop duties such as sweeping, organizing, and cleaning
• Care for and properly handle landscaping equipment, including ensuring correct oil and gas mixtures
• Build positive relationships with clients and team members
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and company operations

Qualifications

• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and drive with a trailer or other small equipment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license required
• Professional, friendly attitude with attention to detail and pride in work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Capable of bending, squatting, kneeling, and performing physical labor outdoors for up to 8 hours
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team
