Act as a vital conduit among attorneys, clients, and court officials, facilitating effective communication and case management. Coordinate complex calendars by scheduling and confirming hearings, depositions, and client meetings with meticulous attention to detail. Maintain and organize case files—both electronic and physical—ensuring systematic and secure recordkeeping. Conduct targeted legal research to support case preparation and strategic decision-making by attorneys. Qualifications and Expertise: A minimum of five years’ demonstrated experience providing legal secretarial support within the realm of Commercial Litigation. Extensive knowledge of legal terminology, procedural requirements, and document management protocols. Superior organizational capabilities complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple demanding tasks within a dynamic and deadline-driven environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and specialized legal software applications. Possession of Legal Secretary certification or an Associate’s Degree in Legal Studies is preferred and advantageous.
