LOCAL BOX TRUCK DRIVER

$23.90/HR + OT | 4-DAY WORKWEEK | HOME DAILY | NO CDL REQUIRED

Looking for a local driving job with a fixed 4-day schedule, three days off each week, and overtime earning opportunities?

E.A. Sween is hiring Local Box Truck Drivers in Las Vegas. You will drive a 26-ft refrigerated straight truck on an established local route delivering fresh food products to 7-Eleven stores. No CDL is required, and you are home after every shift.

PAY & SCHEDULE

• $23.90 per hour
• Fixed 4-day workweek
• Multiple schedule options available
• 3:00 PM hard start time
• Typical shifts run 12–14 hours
• Local routes — home daily
• Overtime is common and may be required
• Weekends and holidays worked as needed

What The Job Looks Like

Each shift begins at the depot. Drivers take their assigned truck to multiple local vendor locations, load product into their truck, and then begin their established delivery route. The first part of the shift includes driving between vendor locations and physically loading product.

Once loaded, drivers typically make 15–25 deliveries to local 7-Eleven stores. Store deliveries are generally quick and completed through the front entrance using a two-wheel dolly and liftgate.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a 26-ft refrigerated non-CDL box truck
• Travel to multiple local vendor locations to pick up and load product
• Physically load and organize your truck before beginning deliveries
• Run an established local route
• Make approximately 15–25 7-Eleven deliveries per shift
• Unload product using a two-wheel dolly and liftgate
• Check in deliveries accurately using a company tablet
• Collect empty crates from stores for return
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Complete required DOT logs and delivery documentation
• Provide professional customer service at each stop

What You Need

• Valid driver’s license
• Must have 6 months of experience driving a box truck or larger vehicle
• Experience operating larger commercial vehicles strongly preferred
• Must be at least 21 years old
• MVR that meets company requirements
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR review
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull up to 300 lbs. using a dolly
• Comfortable with physical loading and active delivery work
• Comfortable working 12–14 hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

Previous experience in furniture, appliance, moving, food, beverage, route delivery, or other hands-on box-truck operations can transfer well to this role.
