Role: Extruder Operator
Location: Concord, NH
Pay: $25.00/hr+ (Starting rate based on experience)
Type: Temp-to-Perm
Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Note: Initial training and the duration of the temp assignment will occur on 1st Shift until you are fully proficient.

The Opportunity Reporting to the Plant Superintendent, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. This isn’t just a "machine operator" job; it’s a skilled position where you will apply compounded rubber stock to customer rolls with precision and care.
What You Will Do
- Specialized Operation: Operate lathes and extrude rubber onto rolls to create high-quality covers.
- Precision Mixing: Accurately weigh raw materials for blending and follow strict mixing instructions.
- Technical Literacy: Read and interpret standard prints and instructions, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Material Handling: Safely utilize roll-rotating equipment and power tools. (Once converted to permanent status, you will also operate overhead cranes and forklifts).
- Team Support: Assist with maintenance, housekeeping, and other tasks to keep our facility running at world-class standards.
What You Bring to the Table
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: While previous manufacturing experience is a plus, we provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.
- Mindset: A strong work ethic and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Temp-to-Perm Pay: $25.00/hr+ (Starting rate depends on experience) Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 P.M. – 10:00 P.M.)
- Perform skilled work applying compounded rubber stock to customer rolls through the extrusion process.
- Operating lathes and extruding rubber onto rolls for covers.
- Accurately weighing raw materials for blending and following strict mixing instructions.
- Reading and understanding standard prints, instructions, and completing necessary documentation.
- Assisting with maintenance, housekeeping, and other tasks as directed by supervision.
- While we value experience, on-the-job training will be provided.
- Ability to work well independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new equipment as technology upgrades
