Private Family in King of Prussia, PA Seeking a Full-Time Nanny / Housekeeper

Position:   Full-Time Nanny / Housekeeper (Live-In or Live-Out)

Schedule:   Approximately 40–50 hours/week, including every other weekend. Flexibility is important due to rotating custody scheudule 
Salary:  $40–$45/hour DOE (Payroll)
Start Date:   ASAP

About the Family

A professional single father in King of Prussia is seeking a warm, experienced, and energetic Nanny / Housekeeper to become a long-term part of his family. He shares 50/50 custody of his four young children—a 3.5-year-old and almost 2-year-old triplets—and is looking for someone who truly enjoys working with young children and creating a fun, engaging environment for them.

This is a relationship-driven role with the goal of finding someone who will become a trusted partner for many years. The father works a demanding schedule and is looking for someone who can help create a smooth, happy routine for the children while also assisting with the household.

About the Role

The primary focus of this position is childcare, particularly caring for the triplets during the day while the oldest child is at daycare or camp. The family would also appreciate help with household tasks such as meal prep/cooking, laundry, organization, and light housekeeping while care for the children is not needed.

Live-In / Live-Out Flexibility:

• Open to both live-in and live-out candidates
• Family plans to move into a larger home within approximately six months, creating a traditional live-in opportunity

Core Responsibilities

• Full-time care for four young children (primarily the triplets during the day)
• Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities, crafts, and outings
• Creating a fun, structured environment
• Laundry and organization
• Family meal prep and cooking
• Light housekeeping, organization, and household support (The family has weekly cleaners for the deep cleaning)
• Helping maintain an organized, well-run home

Schedule & Lifestyle

• Approximately 40–50 guaranteed hours per week
• Rotating custody schedule with every other weekend required
• Primary childcare hours are generally around  8:00 AM–6:00 PM  
• Father is very hands-on and views this as a team environment, especially on weekends

Requirements

• Prior professional nanny experience (experience with multiple children preferred)
• Strong references
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Comfortable with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Comfortable around two cats

Compensation & Benefits

• $40–$45/hour DOE
