Night Shift Cashier / Receptionist – Ford Dealership We’re looking for a reliable, personable Night Shift Cashier/Receptionist to join our Ford store. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and keeping the front desk running smoothly during evening hours. Position Overview As the Night Shift Cashier/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for customers—both in person and over the phone. You’ll handle cashiering duties, assist with light office tasks, and ensure every customer receives friendly, professional service. Key Responsibilities • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service • Process payments accurately (cash, credit, and internal transactions) • Balance and reconcile cash drawer at the end of shift • Perform light office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area • Support dealership staff with administrative needs as required Requirements • Strong computer skills; comfortable learning dealership software • Solid math skills (calculator use is absolutely fine) • Personable, friendly, and professional communication style • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently • Customer service experience preferred • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Schedule • Evening/night shift hours • Weekend availability and coverage at our sister store may be required (as needed) What We’re Looking For: Someone who takes pride in being the calm, friendly presence at the front desk—someone dependable, customer-focused, and ready to support the team.
