Position Title: Organizational Change Manager Web Modernization

Role Overview:
Seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) contractor to support a large-scale web modernization initiative. The role focuses on preparing stakeholders across academic and administrative units for changes related to enterprise web governance, website lifecycle management, accessibility standards, intake workflows, and modernization standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Support OCM activities related to web modernization and governance initiatives
Develop and execute change management and stakeholder engagement plans
Coordinate communications and readiness activities for new governance processes, intake models, and operational workflows
Document and socialize web governance standards, intake procedures, and support processes
Develop presentations, job aids, FAQs, and end-user guidance documentation
Conduct stakeholder outreach and engagement across distributed campus units
Coordinate training logistics, readiness activities, and adoption support efforts
Partner with technical teams, project managers, and communications professionals for implementation readiness
Track risks, stakeholder concerns, and adoption barriers; recommend mitigation strategies
Support meeting coordination, governance documentation, and project support activities
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting organizational change management, communications, technology adoption, training, or project coordination
3+ years of experience supporting OCM initiatives within higher education, public sector, or large complex organizations
3+ years of experience supporting web governance, digital modernization, website management, or enterprise digital transformation initiatives
Bachelor's degree in OCM, Communications, Business Administration, IT, Public Relations, Human Resources, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with website governance models, intake processes, accessibility initiatives, or digital experience programs
Experience creating knowledge base articles and supporting ServiceNow workflows or operational process documentation
Certification or coursework in OCM methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, etc.)
Additional Details:
Fully remote engagement. Approximately 40 hours per week, 5 days per week.
