Private Duty Nurse (RN/LPN) Full Time Only

Our client is a local family-owned home care agency, whose goal is to raise the standard in home health.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Private Duty Nurse (Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse) to provide one-on-one medical care for a patient in their home. The ideal candidate will ensure the patient’s health, comfort, and overall well-being while maintaining medical standards.

Compensation:

• $30-$35/hr depending on the case
• W2 and weekly Pay
• $1,000 Sign on Bonus
• Health Benefits after 60 days
• 401K with up to 4% match on Month 7
• PTO to start accruing on month 13

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care according to a personalized care plan
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with mobility, hygiene, and personal care
• Educate patient and family members on disease management and care
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers
• Maintain detailed, accurate nursing records
• Respond promptly to changes in the patient’s condition

Qualifications:

• Valid RN or LPN license in Florida
• CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in home health or private duty preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
