Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. Note: This is a 3rd shift supervisor role
Job Description Roles and Responsibilities - Oversight and management of front-line manufacturing employees.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
- In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Uses level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance.
- Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks.
- Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (Or high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years Manufacturing experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Production Supervision/manufacturing
Desired Characteristics - Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
The base pay range for this position is $100,050.00 - $120,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on March 06, 2026.
