Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Dallas, TX

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-5 (hybrid)

Type of Employment: 6 Month Contract

Compensation: $35 / hr - $50 / hr

Position Overview

The Contract Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with internal stakeholders to attract and hire high-quality talent. This role requires strong sourcing expertise, the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and a proactive, consultative approach to recruiting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions (intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Maintain accurate and organized records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Track and report on recruiting metrics such as pipeline activity and time-to-fill
• Support talent pipeline development and employer branding initiatives as needed

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience (corporate)
• Proven ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
