Revenue Analyst

Location: Agemark Corporate Office - Omaha, NE Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday | Exempt

As a Revenue Analyst, you'll play a key role in managing the revenue-to-cash cycle, ensuring accurate billing, collections, and reporting across our managed communities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys diving into financial details, solving complex billing issues, and improving processes to support financial health.

What You'll Do

• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for managed locations.
• Produce financial reporting that is timely, accurate, and aligned with business goals.
• Analyze revenue data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
• Lead and manage the resident billing process (base rent, level of care, ancillary charges).
• Ensure accuracy and alignment between billing, service agreements, eMAR, and pricing.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing, pro-rations, credits, and refunds.
• Monitor and manage collections, recommend next steps on past-due accounts.
• Drive ACH payment adoption and cash flow predictability.
• Communicate with government or third-party payers (LTC, Medicaid) to ensure collections.
• Recommend action steps to community leadership and corporate finance to reduce delinquencies.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in billing, collections, and reporting systems.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in finance and/or accounting roles
• Understanding of GAAP principles and SEC requirements
• Experience with RealPage, Sage Intacct, and advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
