As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Coordinator in Philadelphia PA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education and more. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to students faculty staff and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an educational location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and report observations and activities according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout campus buildings common areas parking areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe campus activity to help to deter trespassing theft vandalism and/or policy violations while supporting location rules and expectations.
• Assist with foot patrols incident documentation and communication with site contacts and/or local first responders during routine operations and emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
