We are seeking a high-level Social Media Growth & SEO Strategist to lead and execute a comprehensive digital growth strategy for a growing online business.
This is a long-term, performance-focused role for someone who understands traffic generation, SEO, content strategy, and conversion — not just posting content.
### What You Will Own
Strategic Social Media Growth
* Develop and execute platform-specific growth strategies
* Increase qualified website traffic through organic and strategic social campaigns
* Optimize content formats, captions, hooks, hashtags, and posting schedules
* Monitor analytics and continuously refine strategy based on data
* Align social campaigns with broader marketing objectives
Content Creation (Images & Video)
* Create high-quality branded graphics
* Produce and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style content)
* Repurpose long-form content into high-performing visual assets
* Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity
Advanced SEO & Website Optimization
* Conduct in-depth keyword research and search intent analysis
* Implement on-page SEO best practices
* Optimize blog content, landing pages, and product pages
* Improve internal linking structure and content hierarchy
* Work directly inside WordPress and/or Shopify
* Align SEO strategy with social content for maximum visibility
### Required Experience
* Proven track record of measurable social growth and traffic increases
* Strong, practical SEO experience (not basic familiarity)
* Experience working directly in WordPress and/or Shopify
* Ability to independently create professional images and short-form video content
* Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar tools)
* Ability to provide portfolio examples and performance results
