Salary: $95,000 - 135,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree plus substantial relevant experience, ideally 15+ years, in air and missile defense, joint fires, C2/C3BM, tactical datalinks, sensors, weapons integration, or a closely related field.
• We need operational background supporting USAF air defense, joint integrated air and missile defense, homeland defense, joint fires, air operations, or command and control missions.
• We expect proven experience working with DoD program offices, development teams, test organizations, or joint stakeholder groups.
• We seek a strong grasp of interoperability challenges across joint C2, tactical fire control, air and missile defense, and multi-domain operational settings.
• We value experience in requirements development, technical integration, test planning, operational assessment, joint analysis, or capability transition efforts.
• We require the ability to engage credibly with senior military, government civilian, contractor, engineering, and test stakeholders.
• We need excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.
• We require an active DoD security clearance and eligibility to access classified systems and facilities; active Secret or higher is required, with TS/SCI preferred.
• We require the ability to travel 20–35% for test events, user interactions, and operational coordination.
• We require a BS degree with relevant technical or subject matter experience.
• We require U.S. citizenship.
• Preferred: prior experience with USAF, Army, MDA, or joint air and missile defense programs.
• Preferred: familiarity with Redstone Arsenal stakeholder organizations such as IFMC, AvMC, MDA, DEVCOM, S3I, and/or SMDC.
• Preferred: experience with deployable C2/C3BM systems, IAMD mission threads, joint tactical fire control, homeland air defense, or operational test events.
• Preferred: background in program management, project management, systems engineering, MBSE, joint analysis, or test and evaluation.
• Preferred: prior military operational experience in air defense, air battle management, joint fires, AOC operations, homeland defense, or missile defense.
• Preferred: recent experience supporting exercises, wargames, demonstrations, or operational experimentation.
• Preferred: a BS in a STEM discipline, with an MS preferred.

• We serve as the primary warfighter-integration point between USAF PAE C3BM and Redstone Arsenal stakeholders, including PAE FIRES IFMC, AvMC, MDA, DEVCOM, S3I, and SMDC.
• We advise development teams on USAF operational employment, joint interoperability, command and control integration, tactical fire control, and homeland air and missile defense considerations.
• We coordinate across joint IAMD stakeholders to identify capability gaps, integration risks, test objectives, and operationally meaningful performance and effectiveness measures.
• We contribute to requirements analysis, architecture discussions, integration planning, test preparation, operational assessments, and joint analysis deliverables.
• We help align program priorities with warfighter needs, stakeholder expectations, and joint mission-thread requirements.
• We provide senior-level written and verbal briefings to government, military, technical, and program leadership audiences.
