Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, brand-obsessed, and AI-fluent Senior Visual Designer to join our core centralized Marketing Shared Services collective in a full-time remote capacity anchored out of Mumbai, India. In this high-visibility strategic seat, you will step up to claim true individual operational and strategic accountability over a single, synchronized corporate brand identity, preventing our distinct divisions from drifting apart visually. Shifting completely away from routine standalone asset processing, repetitive banner creation, or basic administrative deck cleanups, you will run an active corporate design language and automation asset laboratory—building structural design systems, pioneering custom generative prompt libraries, and crafting a geometric illustration voice that turns abstract enterprise tech concepts into simple visual narratives. This position requires a digital brand or product design veteran with 4+ years of craft depth who maps out automated creative workflows fluidly natively using Prompt Engineering tools, builds complex grid templates cleanly natively leveraging UI/UX Design paradigms inside Figma and Adobe Creative Suites, and commands cross-channel asset deployments confidently across digital, social, print, and major corporate event environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design System Architecture and Governance: Architect, document, and scale Rolling Arrays’ master brand design system, establishing strict, reusable guidelines for logos, typography, color swatches, layout grids, and visual components cleanly natively utilizing UI/UX Design methodologies.
• Multi-Division Identity Synchronization: Govern visual consistency across our core consulting wing, product development wing, and corporate master brand, ensuring all multi-channel touchpoints read as a single, cohesive global enterprise.
• Signature Illustration Style Development: Formulate and scale a signature geometric, dimensional, and perspective-led vector illustration language designed to break down sophisticated technical HR concepts into scannable visual stories.
• AI-Accelerated Asset Optimization: Integrate cutting-edge generative AI design platforms deeply into your creative queue, building customized asset pipelines for background editing, image upscaling, and rapid concept generation cleanly natively leveraging Prompt Engineering .
• End-to-End Cross-Channel Production: Own end-to-end creative development for the corporate website, LinkedIn channels, sales pitch collateral, email campaigns, and massive in-person event installations (such as standees, posters, and microsites).
• Advanced Document and Slide Management: Design highly professional, reusable presentation masters and layout templates, enabling internal stakeholders to assemble client-facing collateral independently without degrading brand standards.
• Web-to-Print Handoff Leadership: Manage technically sound asset handoffs optimized for modern digital site builders as well as precise physical print production configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of verified professional history running advanced visual design, corporate brand identity engineering, multi-channel art direction, or creative product design.
• Expert-tier capability building unified design libraries, maintaining vector asset trees, and mapping clean interfaces natively utilizing UI/UX Design applications (such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).
• Practical operational familiarity formulating asset models, tuning image generation variables, and running rapid conceptual prototypes natively using Prompt Engineering frameworks or modern generative creative suites.
• Demonstrated history of managing a cohesive brand system across at least three distinct operational formats (e.g., executing matching styles across a web surface, a social media campaign, and a physical event setup).
• Mastery over dimensional, geometric, and structured perspective-led vector illustration and data visualization frameworks.
• Outstanding scannable written communication and visual storytelling attributes in business-fluent English to present high-level creative theories and guide cross-functional shared services workflows.
• Location Context: Position open to qualified design authorities based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India to operate under a remote work-from-home model with structured alignment to our shared services cells.

• Prior visual design background operating within a high-growth B2B SaaS platform, enterprise cloud software house, or international corporate professional services firm.
• Direct hands-on experience dealing with lightweight motion graphics, interface animations via Adobe After Effects, or basic 3D rendering tooling.
