The Role 

The Server is our primary storyteller. You don’t just take orders; you guide guests through the menu, sharing the inspiration behind our dishes and ensuring the pace of their meal is exactly what they need it to be.

What You’ll Own

• The Guest Journey: Execute our steps of service with warmth, authenticity, and efficiency.
• Menu Mastery: Maintain a deep understanding of all food and beverage offerings, including ingredients and allergens.
• Table Care: Keep your section pristine, proactively anticipating guest needs (water, silver, etc.) before they have to ask.
• Teamwork: Actively support your teammates—running food, clearing glass, and helping the floor stay in rhythm.

Who You Are

• 1+ years of experience in a full-service, hospitality-focused restaurant.
• A genuine love for food and a desire to learn the "why" behind what we serve.
• Calm and professional under pressure.
