Position Summary: 

Responsible for accurately and efficiently pulling, packaging, and processing orders for shipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receiving/inspecting goods and verifying items against the shipment record.
• Operates warehouse material handling equipment. 
• Pulls and prepares products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and type of product is packaged in coordination with the Planning Department. 
• Adheres to established inventory control systems and computer tracking. 
• Stocks workstations with material required in the packaging process. 
• Sorts and palletizes finished product for shipment.
• Recording received and shipped items. 
• Works towards zero shipping errors. 
• Works within the Company Quality Control System. 

• Creates certificates of COC, material, commercial invoice, etc.

• Completes and maintains a variety of measurements, reports, records, and documentation. 
• Strives to improve departmental efficiencies and reduce costs through continuous improvement. 
• Maintains a clean and safe warehouse and working environment. 
• Fosters goodwill with internal customers. 
• Works overtime as required. 
• Other duties as assigned by management. 

Qualifications / Requirements:

• At least 2+ years in similar area is required.
• Knowledge of export and import trade compliance is required.
• Previous experience working with shipping carriers (DHL, UPS, FEDEX, etc.) is required.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office are required.
• Previous experience with ERP systems is preferred.

Work Arrangement : Onsite

Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
