Full-Time General Warehousing / 3PL

If you've been operating a sit-down forklift for a while, you already know the difference between someone who can drive one and someone who actually knows how to work one. We want the latter.

At our Joliet/Bolingbrook, IL facility, we're adding experienced forklift operators to both our day and night shifts. We run a tight 3PL operation - that means you'll be expected to move product efficiently, safely, and with attention to what's around you at all times.

SHIFTS & PAY

• NIGHT SHIFT | 4:00 PM 12:30 AM | $20.00 / hour

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Operate a sit-down counterbalance forklift safely throughout your shift
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers accurately and efficiently
• Move palletized product throughout the warehouse to designated locations
• Verify loads against paperwork - you know a mismatch when you see one
• Maintain safe travel speeds, follow traffic flow, and keep your area clean
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report any issues immediately
• Support inventory counts and assist team leads as needed
• Work alongside a crew that expects you to pull your weight - and will do the same

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Let's skip the guesswork - here's what actually matters for this role:

• Proven sit-down forklift experience - you've logged real hours in the seat
• Current forklift certification preferred; must be certifiable if not current
• Solid understanding of warehouse safety protocols - OSHA awareness is a plus
• Able to work at a steady, consistent pace in a high-volume environment
• Dependable attendance record - your team counts on you being there
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• 3PL or distribution center background is a definite advantage

• Night Shift: Monday Friday, 4:00 PM 12:30 AM
• Note: Schedules are tentative and subject to operational needs
• Location: Joliet / Bolingbrook, Illinois
