Job Description: Beverage Service Professional.
No Weekends.
Monday-Friday 6AM TO 6PM Hours available.

Base salary $18-$19 after tips $22-$24 averages

As a Starbucks Beverage Service Professional, your primary role will be to provide customers with the quintessential Starbucks Experience by offering exceptional service and skillfully prepared items. In an energetic store setting, you will have the platform to enhance your food and beverage expertise, work harmoniously with colleagues, and engage with a multitude of individuals regularly.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience is not mandatory.
• Practice regular attendance and punctuality, whether accommodations are needed or not.
• Flexible availability for work hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Adhere to store standards and protocols, which involve serving quality drinks and food options, managing cash transactions, and maintaining store safety and security, regardless of accommodations.
• Communicate with customers in a clear and amiable manner to engage with them and identify their requirements.
• Craft dishes and drinks following standard or altered recipes.
• Handle diverse assignments in the store during each scheduled work time.
• Capability to swiftly grasp and assimilate new knowledge and skill sets.
• Proficiency in comprehending and executing both verbal and written commands, coupled with a readiness to request clarification when uncertainties arise.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative efficacy refers to the effectiveness of an individual's contribution to a team's overall performance.
• Skill in establishing and maintaining meaningful connections.
