Are you a communicative, detail-oriented professional with a passion for patients? Randstad is helping our client find dedicated schedulers to join their high-volume practice supporting 18 physicians. In this role, you will work directly with patients who rely on your expertise, empathy, and unwavering dedication to ensure their healthcare journey is seamless and well-coordinated.
salary: $17 - $17.01 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5:30 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do - Insurance Verification: Verify both private and government insurance plans to ensure coverage authorization.
- Data Management: Utilize EMR for scheduling and patient records.
- Communication: Serve as a bridge between patients and clinical staff with professionalism and empathy.
What You’ll Need - Experience: Previous experience with medical scheduling.
- Skills: understanding of insurance verification and procedure authorizations.
- Flexibility: open and willing to work alternate schedules based on business and physician needs.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and a naturally empathetic approach to customer service.
- Attendance: We need you at work! Our patients need you!
