Looking for a Test Engineer in Portage, MI area. Join Our Client, a leading medical tech company impacting over 150 million patients annually! We need an expert with an Engineering BS, 4+ years of embedded/Linux testing, and Python/C++ skills.

location: Portage, Michigan

salary: $43.36 - 60.71 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: Bachelors

responsibilities:

• Drive embedded software verification for custom OS, managing development testing, dry-runs, and formal execution.

• Execute manual and automated test protocols, analyze the results, and assist in debugging and defect resolution.

• Conduct operating system updates and system bring-up to ensure seamless application integration and readiness.

• Partner with OS and embedded development teams to facilitate integration testing and rapid validation cycles.

• Develop test scripts using Python, C/C++, and MATLAB, thoroughly documenting outcomes in Jira and JAMA.
