Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or group of patients following the nursing process and established standards of care.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Monitor patient condition, respond to changes, and implement appropriate interventions in a home hospice setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support palliative and end-of-life care goals; maintain professional judgment and critical thinking in care planning.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse with ER specialty experience
- Ability to provide care within a home healthcare - hospice setting
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment starting 04/27/2026
- Availability to work 12-hour daytime shifts (4 days per week, 48 hours per week)
- Authorized to work in the United States
