Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Conduct ongoing assessments, monitor patient status, and contribute to care planning and evaluation.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor for adverse effects, and document responses.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to adjust care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team; maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements
- Current, active RN license.
- ICU or critical care experience preferred; strong clinical skills required for ICU-level nursing in home health/hospice settings.
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts; flexible and reliable night differential tolerance.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate care across disciplines.
- Competence in performing assessments, making clinical judgments, and documenting care accurately.
- Ability to work in a home healthcare - hospice setting and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
