Job Description

365 Freight USA is seeking CDL-A Regional Grocery Drivers for a dedicated Kroger account based in Aurora, CO. This position provides steady, multi-stop refrigerated (reefer) freight across Colorado, southern Wyoming, and eastern Utah, serving King Soopers and other grocery locations. Drivers operate assigned, newer equipment on a mix of live unload and drop‑and‑hook routes on a growing dedicated lane.

Compensation and benefits

• Average weekly pay: $1,450–$1,581 (varies by route mix and account growth)
• $17 stop pay for frequent multi‑stop deliveries
• Up to 3% safety and on‑time performance bonus
• Additional payout opportunities, including extra daily pay on assigned Kroger days
• $150 per day for drivers assigned to Kroger all day on Wednesday and Thursday (starting at 8:00 a.m.)
• Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off
• Assigned 2025 automatic trucks (not slip‑seated)

Lane and equipment details

• Freight originates from the Kroger Distribution Center in Aurora, CO
• Dedicated grocery store deliveries across CO, southern WY, and eastern UT
• Refrigerated (reefer) freight with a mix of live unloads and drop‑and‑hook
• Multi‑stop routes with frequent store deliveries; average weekly miles ≈ 1,700
• Reefer training available if needed
• Trucks may be taken home only when parked at an approved secure location; otherwise equipment must be parked as directed

Schedule

• Local and regional schedules available
• Regional drivers commonly operate a 6/2 rotation and may run nights, weekends, or customer‑dependent schedules
• Home time varies by route; some drivers are home daily while others use a 34‑hour reset

Primary responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL‑A tractor‑trailer on a dedicated grocery account
• Complete multi‑stop store deliveries on schedule and according to customer requirements
• Perform accurate pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and basic equipment checks
• Maintain driver logs, paperwork, and DOT compliance
• Communicate professionally and clearly with dispatch and store personnel

Minimum qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL‑A)
• Minimum 3 months of tractor‑trailer driving experience within the past 12 months
• Professional, safety‑focused driving record and behavior
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on route requirements
• Reliable transportation required when take‑home truck rules do not apply
